Welcome to Jen’s Gourmet Goodies - a Bakery and Cafe! I love baking. I always have. From the time I was a little girl, until now, baking has always been my joy. My passion is creating and baking the perfect muffin and cake. My love and bond with my mom rooted around the family recipes. I still enjoy calling her to chat over a recipe! 

Creating a Dream

Waffle on Inn, once located here in Gold Canyon, Arizona, was a popular breakfast and lunch restaurant established in 2019.  In fact, I helped the owner open, manage, and operate their business. I worked along with my son, Zach, who brainstormed with me how to keep the memory of this space alive after the owner passed away in December 2021.

Gold Canyon Strong is a community organization, now combining efforts with Gold Canyon Community, Inc., (a non-profit organization operating as a 501(c)3, organized under Arizona statutes and registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission). Their Mission and Vision center around the unique sense of place, and attracting and supporting long-term businesses and services that enhance the quality of life for all residents of our community. Since I strongly believe in their Vision to be a community where all residents can experience the fulfillment of their unique goals in a mutually supportive environment while retaining Gold Canyon’s unique sense of place. This helped my dream become a reality. I started baking for customers and events for this organization! I eventually started taking special orders, creating gift baskets, and client gifts. It was then my dream was realized, and I formulated a business plan to create Jen’s Gourmet Goodies.

Here in Gold Canyon

Gold Canyon has been my home for more than twelve years and is a place I've grown to love. The community, the natural beauty, and views of the Superstition Mountain & Wilderness has been the perfect place I chose to raise my son and it is also the place I chose to establish my business.  

My dream was to create and bake gourmet items from the freshest ingredients possible, craft hot and cold specialty drinks, offer delectable espresso as well as many other options. 

Gold Canyon is the perfect setting for the style of bakery and café I have established. Most importantly, my business is welcoming to all, and we strive to actively participate in our community. Open for: inside and patio dining, to go ordering, & custom orders. We provide the Gold Canyon Community and visitors 

a friendly place to gather and enjoy delicious sweet treats, gourmet foods, and craft beverages.

Community and Family

Thank you for your support and becoming a part of the Jen’s Gourmet Goodies community. My husband Chris and son Zach collaborate with me and help keep operations going. I create new menu items, ideas for gathering in our bakery and cafe, and also enjoy helping other small businesses, educators, and charitable organizations realize the benefit of collaborating with Jen's Gourmet Goodies.
